Western Union is a U.S.-based company that provides money transfer and receiving services worldwide. Its presence spans more than 200 countries through an extensive branch network, making both domestic and international money transactions easy.
This was one of the first projects I took on in UX/UI design, one where I kept friendly, effective communication with the development team to smooth out their workflow and get the product's MVP completed in record time. I picked up key development skills and concepts for designing this kind of product.
It's a straightforward dashboard that lets points of sale manage accounts, transactions, retail locations, and payments at their stores.

Takeaway
As one of my first UX/UI projects, this dashboard taught me that seamless communication with the development team is just as decisive as the design itself: operational clarity comes from understanding how the work actually flows.
